SIZING MACHINE

Suitable For: Cotton Yarn, T/C, T/R, Artificial Silk, Nylon Yarn, Hemp Yarn, Denim, etc., many kinds of fiber yarn used on sizing.
Routine operation procedure, easy manipulation, minimum sizing cost generates high quality warp; meanwhile, increase the efficiency of weaving loom.
Primary drive power is driven by electronic motor, several accelerating/decelerating speed control points, easy to handle. Automatic cylinder temperature control, uniform size dressing pressure. Sizing operation can be adjusted to the highest productivity depending on the counts of N/S.
Especially suitable for high speed running weaving loom（perfect size mixture impregnation, smooth yarn outer coating after been dressed）.
Use Japan automatic tension beaming machine, winding tension is stable and consistent.
Three stages gear regulator cause the beaming shaft range increased from 114 m/m dia to 1000 m/m dia, Also, equipped with mechanical clutch to have a convenience of beam section let-off operation.
Machine head use separate type boxes shape, beam section fix fitting, cause minimum space to perform larger scope of utilization.
Floor type L model pneumatic yarn lifting, beams are strong and stable structure.
Large comb, micromovement upward and downward so as to have warp evenly distributed over warp shaft.
Operating system is centralized on control process monitoring boards and separate boxes at two sides: there're graphic description which is convenient to do adjustment.
